Job Description
Responsible for developing sales of network integration either be wired or wireless through WLAN, WWAN, point-to-multipoint point to point, and etc. The experienced candidate will focus on existing and potential customer of large enterprise, municipalities, educational institutions and hospitality. This candidate should be able to initiate systems sales activities to further levels with an entrepreniuarial mindset and approach.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years systems sales experience of telecom and/or networking equipment, selling to carriers and/or major systems integrators, preferably with additional experience in selling broadband wireless systems. Must have experience in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar contracts to municipalities. Must be a great listener and have excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability in formulating sales strategies, starting sales, building relationships at all levels of an organization, as well as hiring and leading a sales team is a strong plus. A technical and/or business degree is also a plus.

Technical Support Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description
This position performs a pivotal role in the Company by being a key interface between the Company and its Customers / Distributors. It is the responsibility of the Engineer to fully support the Customer in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and general operation of the wired or wireless network. As such the engineer is required to understand the needs and requirements of the Customer and ensure that these needs and requirements are catered for. The primary goal is to strive for total Customer Satisfaction. The Technical Support Engineer will be a member of the Technical Support Function within the Customer Support group.

Responsibilities
  • Plan co-ordinate and participate in Technical Support activities for the Customer and Distributors throughout the world.
  • Be involved and provide remote support for field trial activities encompassing installation / commissioning.
  • Prepare and disseminate information with regard to all aspects of the product lines to the field. This may be in the form of application notes, upgrade procedures, field alert notices etc.
  • Participating and support in Customer acceptance testing of the network deployed.
  • Actively use the Interactive Customer Data Center system to initially log and follow up on Customer's incidents and issues. Use the system to provide a timely report to the Customer of all their outstanding problems and any corrective and preventative action.
  • Be able to assimilate and apply knowledge on the integration of third party equipment into the product lines. This may include, for example, switches, and access concentrators, multiplexers and routers.
  • Initiate improvements; propose ideas to improve the overall quality of the product lines. This may be in the form of hardware or software.
Required Skills/Experience
Must be an enthusiastic and intelligent self-starter with 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support/Technical Support role or equivalent in a high technology field. Must be an excellent team player that is highly motivated with good organizational skills, a positive attitude and a logical approach to problem solving. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must. Experience with networking products (hubs, routers, switches, LAN's and PBX's) or wireless products (microwave radios) is a definite plus.

RF Radio Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description
Experience in RF radio architectures with mixed signal digital upconversion and downconversion architectures. Able to develop and test board level RF devices and mixed signal conversion circuitry for interface between radio unit and digital baseband processor and integrate with RF circuitry. System level familiarity with QAM and OFDM modulations and knowledge of IEEE802.16 protocols desirable.

Ability to work with development engineers in hardware , RF, and software development areas to implement an overall product design.

Familiarity with digital and analog test equipment including BER/CNR test sets, multipath emulators, DSOs, and spectrum analyzers used in bench testing and evaluation of conversion architectures and components very important. Engineer will be responsible for design networks to support multi-layer symmetry, integrating various disciplines and manufacturers equipment.
