Real time technical support is provided free of charge from 7:00 AM through 6:00 PM (EST) daily, Monday through Friday, by calling (781)762-0200 ext optional. (800) 24-7 service and support available . A fully trained and experienced Service Engineer can help you work through any questions or application issues you may experience.

On-Site Service Engineering Support

Experienced RF and Network Engineering staff to design cost effective wireless LANs including frequency planning, antenna design, and integration into the wired infrastructure.

On-Site Technician Support

Experienced Technician for Moves, Adds & Changes, including antenna alignments and troubleshooting.

Maintenance

Provides flexible maintenance service contracts tailored to the customer's requirements. Maintenance service includes system diagnostics, adjustments and/or replacement of defective modules, and verification that the system is working upon completion of work. Terms can include regularly scheduled preventive maintenance visits, demand service calls, and customers specified response times.

Limited Warranty

Provides for a one year, return to factory, hardware support including both material and labor. Lead-time commitments provide for a 10 day turn around from receipt of product. Repairs and/or replacements are made at the discretion of the Repair Center and include product level (ECO) updates. Product is repaired and returned in the condition in which it was received.

Gold Warranty

Advance replacement program designed to provide real time support to end user customers, where network operation and availability is essential. Upon receipt of an authorized RMA, "like new" product is shipped for next day delivery (for all calls received by 4:00 PM EST). Express transportation service utilizing UPS Next Day (or equivalent) is included.

Refurbish and Retest

Customer owned products returned to factory for refurbish, ECO update, and repair as required. Final product shipped in "like new" condition, including all accessories, packaging and Software.

Out of Warranty Repairs

Customer owned products returned to factory for repair as required. In the event that the product is not repairable the product will be returned in the condition in which it was received. Final repaired product will be shipped in the best condition possible. Delivery is 15 business days from date of receipt.

Leasing and Short Term Rentals

Provides equipment leases and short term rentals at highly competitive rates. Ideal for companies who prefer to not own equipment and customers with short term networking requirements.
